Engage

What does it look like and how does one live fully? How do we embrace the present moment in our lives and without abandon capture everything it has to offer, everything God has to offer to us? Often people talk of living the best life but no one can live their best life apart from God. For God created us and gave us all of gifts to be utilized and God created the world and all of its secrets to be discovered and revealed. So how then do we engage with the almighty to live fully? How do we partner with Him to unlock the mysteries waiting for us? Communing with God and turning those secular moments into sacred ones. Looking at each moment as a possibility. Waiting with expectancy for the King to engage with us in spite of who we are and what we can offer. Where we have been or what we have done. For there is nothing we can offer except the acceptance of His love and presence in our humble lives. He created us to be more yet knowing that we could not achieve it without Him. Life should be a grand adventure! We should not be normal or ordinary. We are called to shine like the brightest stars. To be that lighthouse on the hill. To love fiercely and be not only transformed through that love but motivated and catapulted by it into a fully present, fully engaged, radical life altering adventure with the Creator of all things!!

Hebrews 10:39 (NIV)
But we do not belong to those who shrink back and are destroyed, but to those who have faith and are saved.

Galatians 5:1(NIV)
It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.

John 10:10 (NIV)
The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.

John 15:5 (NIV)
“I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.

1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 (NLT)
16 Always be joyful. 17 Never stop praying. 18 Be thankful in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you who belong to Christ Jesus.
